Buying land is a straightforward process! Simply browse our website to find the property you wish to reserve and click the "Reserve Now" button. Once you're on the checkout page, fill in the required details so we can prepare the necessary documentation for your purchase. After that, submit your reservation fee using your credit or debit card. We also accept payments via Zelle, Apple Pay, and wire transfers through Chase and US Bank.
After completing your reservation, we'll email you the purchase agreement (for cash purchases) or land contract (for financing options) for your electronic signature. For cash purchases, the remaining balance is due within 72 hours. Once payment is received, we will record the deed with the county in your name and send it to your mailing address, a process that typically takes 7–10 days.

Absolutely! You can visit the property at any time. We provide coordinates and Google Maps directions for your convenience, and we recommend using apps like Waze to help navigate to properties that may not have a physical address.
The properties are not physically marked, but we provide coordinates for the four corners of each parcel. If you need precise property boundaries, consider hiring a land surveyor or property inspector, and our sales team can assist you with that.
